Food and Beverage Products We Have Developed

Smoothies

We were challenged to come up with an all-natural, clean ingredient, sugar free, healthy smoothie option that could be dispensed out of a Taylor Freezer smoothie machine. After extensive R&D, we were able to create a smoothie base that was 100% fruit based, free of emulsifiers and stabilizers, had no preservatives, and no added sugar. We took this base and developed it with a puree of berries to deliver a super high quality, great tasting, healthy alternative to smoothies that would traditionally not be able to be delivered by automated delivery system like a Taylor Freezer.

Frozen Cold Brew

Cold brew is an incredibly hot market trend in coffee right now. In an effort to take advantage of this, as well as its reduced bitterness and lower acidity nature, we thought it would be perfect in a frozen format. We also wanted to keep the cold brew as a stand-alone ingredient that could be served over ice, so we developed a base to add the cold brew in order to serve it frozen. The result is a clean ingredient, frozen coffee beverage that delivers a beautiful coffee aroma without any of the shortcomings of coffee exacts or espresso for cold beverage consumption.

Acai Bowls

Acai bowls are very popular right now but are difficult to produce on premise quickly at scale because of the labor-intensive nature of them. We wanted to develop a product that had all the potential benefits of the high antioxidants available in acai fruit but deliver it in a soft serve machine to speed up service. A multitude of challenges faced us in accomplishing this... First, not all acai is created equally and most of it is actually not high in anthocyanin because of processing practices in Brazil, the fruit oxidizes very quickly and must be processed within hours of picking. After multiple trips to Brazil, we were able to find a high quality manufacture capable of processing the acai to our specification. The second issue was that acai pulp is not a good ingredient to use in a soft serve machine because it's fat breaks down very quickly causing issues with both texture and appearance not to mention it is high in particulates. Thru our travels, we were able to have the fat and particulate removed to resolve these issues. In the end we have a high quality acai soft serve that is fortified with baobab for both its super food nutritional value as well as its high soluble fiber that helps deliver a silky smooth product.

Natural stable mousse

Many large manufactures produce "mousse" which is very easy to work with and is very stable but is full of artificial or unexpected ingredients that are not desirable to most conscious consumers today. We spent years developing a base with one of our strategic partners that could simply be added to whipping cream to create a perfect mousse that could be used to fill cakes or even decorate but it was not ready to whip. In order to deliver a clean ingredient mousse that was simply ready to whip we developed a network of dairies capable of producing our product to our specification. Now we have a ready to whip clean ingredient mousse that can be colored with natural colors, flavored, frozen, used to fill cakes, or even decorate!
