Mike is the CEO/President and founder of Innova Foodservice, Inc. For the past 25 years, Mike has been working in the north west helping several key food service clients optimize their menus for maximum results. Mike is very passionate about food and beverage. At one point after years working in kitchens, he was accepted into the Culinary Institute of America but decided that he'd rather help people succeed in the business than be in it himself. Mike spends the majority of his time working with major retailers developing unique, well positioned products, as well as strategic alliances to help identify up-and-coming healthy ingredients and trends.
